Why it matters

Without structured delivery, programmes stall.

A robust, structured delivery capability turns strategy into measurable outcomes - ensuring alignment, control, and momentum. Without it, programmes risk delay, overspend, misalignment, and failure to realise intended value and benefits.

Frequently asked questions

What is Implementation (Delivery)?

Implementation (Delivery) is end-to-end programme delivery support - mobilising, structuring, and executing initiatives with pace and discipline. It translates strategy into disciplined execution, ensuring programmes deliver measurable outcomes, realise benefits, and stay on track.

How much does Implementation (Delivery) cost?

Implementation (Delivery) is offered at bespoke pricing. The fee is scoped to the complexity and duration of the programme, agreed via a Statement of Work upfront, with no open time-and-materials.

What does Implementation (Delivery) deliver?

Nine core deliverables: a Programme Mobilisation Pack, Engagement Timeline, Governance & Reporting Suite, Programme Playbook, Resource & Capacity Model, Weekly & Monthly Status Packs, Benefits Realisation Framework, Stakeholder & Communications Plan, and Delivery Assurance Reviews.

What engagement modes do you offer?

Four flexible modes aligned to your needs: Programme Leadership (a senior director embedded into your team), End-to-End Delivery Management (full delivery from mobilisation to go-live), PMO & Governance (programme office capability and board-level assurance), and Workstream Execution Support (targeted senior support for a specific workstream).

What types of programme do you deliver?

ERP implementations, technology migrations, operational transformation programmes, post-acquisition integrations, regulatory compliance programmes, and operating model redesigns. The common thread is programmes that require senior leadership and proven delivery experience.

Who leads delivery engagements?

A senior Principal Consultant with delivery experience at the level your programme requires. We do not build large teams of junior resource under nominal senior leadership - the person accountable for your programme is the one doing the work.

How do you manage scope and cost?

We work to fixed-fee Statements of Work with explicit scope change management. Scope does not drift without explicit client agreement and revised pricing. Cost overruns are the exception, not the norm.

What governance do you put in place?

Every engagement has defined governance: a steering committee with clear decision rights, an agreed reporting cadence (typically weekly status, monthly steering), defined escalation paths, and explicit success criteria agreed at the outset.

How do you measure success?

Success is measured against outcomes agreed at the start of the engagement - on-time and on-budget delivery, specific operational or financial outcomes, benefits realised, and internal capability uplift. Generic project metrics alone are not enough.

What happens if a programme runs into significant unexpected issues?

We surface issues promptly rather than managing the news. Our obligation is to give the client an accurate picture of programme status at all times, including when that picture is unflattering. We bring a recovery plan alongside the problem assessment.

All engagements are led by senior practitioners - not junior teams.
