SLT Problem Discovery

A focused half-day session with the senior leadership team to establish the real shape of the problem - not the presenting symptom. We map the situation, identify decision dependencies, and produce a clear picture of what a useful next step looks like.

Appropriate when there is board-level concern but no clear agreement on cause or priority. Produces a structured problem statement and a recommended next step, with no obligation to proceed.

Health Check

A fixed-scope, 14-day independent diagnostic across the value streams, systems, and processes most relevant to the risk or performance concern. Produces a board-ready report, a constrained priority list, and a light 12–18 month roadmap.

The most common entry point for organisations that already know something is wrong but need an independent, structured view before committing to a solution.

Advisory · Scoped per engagement

Advisory & Fractional Leadership

Ongoing senior advisory support - fractional CTO, Programme Director, or transformation lead - deployed against a defined brief and time-boxed scope. Not an open retainer. We provide independent challenge, decision support, and governance where the business lacks the permanent headcount or wants an independent view alongside it.

Often follows a Health Check where the findings indicate a need for sustained senior support through a period of change.

Implementation · Programme-scoped

Transformation Programme Delivery

Full delivery leadership for a defined transformation programme - operational redesign, system implementation, post-acquisition integration, or programme recovery. We lead the delivery, not just advise on it. Scope, budget, governance, and exit criteria are fixed at the outset.

The goal at the end of any Assured Velocity programme is a business that is stronger and more capable without us than it was before we arrived.
